| Name: Sirgrin (Diactra) Age: 24 Species: Ilma First Appearance: The History of Ilmgral: Book One. The Sundering of the Two Moons | Power: Sirgrin is of the Ilma and has control over the elements. His strongest control is that over the wind. Appearance: Sirgrin is soft of skin and regal in his complexion. His skin though carries some earthy hints. His hair is light brown and he often wears a green wing suit, showing his lineage as grandchild of Aginor Diactra. |
| Backstory: Sirgrin was born without a name. His great grandfather, Aginor, had been defeated at the battle of the crossroads and his son taken captive. In Dragor his heirs had lived and served the family of Drage. Sirgrin, the third generation without a name, served Suda’s father and in time was allowed to join Suda’s company and earn some honour for his lost family. | Story Excerpt: Loxa and Dusan followed on from Suda’s barrage and a great wind lifted Sirgrin into the air. Loxa and Dusan launched fire, merging with Suda’s but a great slab of stone burst upwards to block it. Sirgrin ducked thrown rock as he soared through the chasm. He threw water down upon the Ilma but bolts from nearby archers sent him off course. Water met with the companies flame and steam filled the chamber. Dusan charged through it, mirroring the movements of the Ilma, whose arms became crusted in stone. Wind balled around Dusan’s fist and air met rock with a tremendous crash, but the stone proved the stronger and Dusan flew backwards, landing into the wall with a dull thud. Suda ducked out the way, launching water from a nearby well, distracting the Ilma lord. Regaining his wingsuit, Sirgrin threw flame to Loxa, who added to it and it span around his arms. It flew, fire forming a spear point that crashed through the distracted Ilma’s chest and he fell to the floor at Suda’s feet, just as the stone was about to envelope him. |
