Camara Thera

Attributes

Camara is the child of Thera and therefore her power supersedes that of other vassals. She has control of the waters and in time became the guardian of the Northern oceans. Her power has been mutated from grief and because of her the winters in the northern continents are harsher than their southern counterparts.

Camara often appears as a roaring storm cloud during storms but when she does appear among the Ilma her scales shimmer. Her hair is said to be a mix of silver, green and blue.

History

Camara was born on the shores of the great continent and for a time her father, Thera, was present but when her mother died, Thera abandoned Ilmgral. Camara would grow up to become the leader of her community but their were troublesome times on the great continent.

The news was spreading of the Ilma’s soon to be ascension and the Graul of the Great Continent decided to wipe the Ilma from their lands, in the hope the blessing would be bestowed on to them instead.

While her village was burning Camara’s husband and son were killed. Fleeing with her people she froze the seas to allow her people to cross the great ocean. She brought sea creatures up for their food and cleansed the water to be drunk. For a year they travelled the seas until at last they came to Cradlin. Settling in the Northern lands, her people became the Therailma, an offshoot of the ilma. Camara entered the sea and became a Vassal.

The Great Winter

When the kingdom of Dragor destroyed her home, Camara sent a great storm to devastate the Northern Lands. Her power prooved to great and once begun she could not stop her storm.

As he power travelled South, Crio and Orna rose the dividing mountains around her. Trapping some of her power within the frozen chasm.

The Burning of Fasurasuta

When the jewel of the Thera-ilma is destroyed by the men of Cradlin, Camara swears vengeance against these people. She bars the people of Cradlin from the Sea.

The war of the dividing mountains.

During the war of the Dividing mountains, Camara brought a great storm out of the south which destroyed the ships of Cradlin and sent the fleet back northward, meaning they could not come to Suda‘s aid.
